Lakeshore's Main Arteries
Highway 401, one of Ontario's main arteries, travels through Lakeshore, Ontario leading to Windsor and the Detroit/Windsor border crossings. Currently, there are 2 ways to cross the border: The Ambassador Bridge and Detroit Windsor Tunnel. Soon, the Gordie Howe International Bridge will join them, continuing our area's legacy of being the largest citizen and commerce crossing between Canada and the United States.
